Work Package 1: Management & Coordination



The key work is the overall management & coordination of the project. Regular meetings of the Project Management Board and the Steering Committee take place throughout the project’s duration. Activities include the financial management as well as the projectaccounting, contracting, and public procurement processes. All project’s activities will be prepared and implemented according to the Working Plans, especially regarding the Project Technical Team activities, as well as to provide administrative support.  Regular reporting is carried out regarding project partners’ activities towards the working plans targets as well as reporting and final budgeting.
